Welcome to the TX-NGS Home Page.  This page provides information on topics related to the New Generation System.  From this Home Page, you can access general information about the TX-NGS system, its current enhancements, future development plans, a schedule of events, and news pertaining to TX-NGS.

The following updates/enhancements have been recently made to the TX-NGS System:

  • The ECOE print version will display submitted dates on the SDF and comments pages (top right side of those pages).
  • The Family ID search screen has been updated so that users can search for family IDs based on student's USID and can use the action buttons to view, enroll or update address efficiently.
  • The COE Family report parameters page now has a multi-report checkbox so that ESC users can run the report for all their districts by checking the checkbox.
  • Updated the Duplicate student report to only display students on the report if the student has been enrolled in the selected Region or District
  • In the top navigation menu, a new link under the Other section of the Enrollment menu will display a list of students whose QAD is Expiring within the next 30 days.
