The following updates/enhancements have been recently made to the TX-NGS System:

On the ECOE Search results screen, search results are now paginated

The Retention Report has been modified to exclude students of grade level PK or lower and to prevent July enrollments from counting students as Retained

Updated the navigation menu on several screens that were still showing the older navigation design

On the ECOE Form, added a Status display on the upper right that shows the form's status (Draft, Submitted, Comments Review, etc.)

Added a user-friendly error message for users who accidentally navigate to a screen that does not exist

On the ECOE Form, added validation to prompt the user for confirmation when the WQAD and the Worker Economic Necessity Move Date (Section D (3)) do not match

On the State Assessment Report, fixed a bug that was preventing the report from running when no results were returned for the selected search criteria

On the ECOE Form, added a search link next to the Campus ID field in Section C that can be used to search for a Campus ID

On the ECOE Form, added a search link next to the Zip Code field in Section A that can be used to search for and fill in a City/State/Zip Code

On the ECOE Form, fixed a bug that was preventing the Unique ID field from being validated in newly added Child rows
